Role Overview
Asst Team Leaders required for Zumo Juice Bars located Jervis Shopping Centre If you are energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated then this is the position for you! Immediate start, full training provided.Primary responsibilities:
The main purpose of the position is to ensure that:
a) Operations Are World Class
b) Customer Service is Exceptional
The main responsibilities of the position are:
1. To Make Juices and Smoothies.
2. To Clean the Unit as per the Cleaning Schedule.
3. To Operate the Cash Register.
4. To Prepare Fruit and Vegetables for the Display U nit.
5. To Check the Delivery Dockets.
6. Customer Service.
7. To Prepare Fruit and Vegetables each morning.
8. To Wear Clean & Presentable Uniform.
9. Other Procedures as Listed in Manuals.
10. To Enforce Standards as Set Out By Head Office
11. Ensuring That All Units Comply With Legislation (Especially H&S legislation)
12. Rosters, Placing Orders, Training,
13. Z Reports to be completed every day and forwarded to H.O. Timely
14. Banking, Security Control (CCTV, Keys, Safes etc.)
15. Management of Staff
16. Liaison With All Support Office Personnel
17. Drive Costs Down and Sales Up
18. Attend Meetings and Filter Back Relevant Information to Staff
19. Implement All Relevant Procedures
20. Complete Monthly Reports & Return to H.O.
21. Verbally advise Support Office of Serious Issues (Operations, HR, Finance, Admin., H&S, Security etc.)

To Be Proactive in Ensuring That Operations For The Company Are Professional
Position requirements:
Experience is essential in retail / customer services role.
Must be full time flexible
If applying internally, must have reccomendation from Team leader & Area manager.
