You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material to any third party without the express prior written consent of Zumo Smoothie Bars International.
2. Zumo International does not grant any license or right in, or assign all or part of, its intellectual property rights in the content or applications incorporated into the website or in the user interface of the website.
3. You must not attempt to change, add to, remove, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with this website or any material or content displayed on this website.
4. Facts and claims made by Zumo Smoothie Bars International should not be deemed as, or take the place of professional advice.
5. You acknowledge and accept that the information contained on this website may include technical inaccuracies. You acknowledge and accept that the website information is subject to change at any time and may not necessarily be up to date or accurate at the time you view it. 8. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude any liability which any law requires Zumo Smoothie Bars International to accept.

If any part of these provisions are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these provisions shall not be affected and such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision consistent with applicable law and, in its modified form, such provision shall then be enforceable and enforced.

Zumo Insider Term and Conditions
1. Zumo Insiders is a loyalty program run by Zumo Smoothie Bars International.
2. Zumo Insider membership is obtained via completing the Zumo Preferred Customer form, located at http://www.zumobars.com/zumo-insiders .
3. By becoming a Zumo Insider you agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material or offers to any third party without the express prior written consent of Zumo Smoothie Bars International.
4. Zumo Insider offers are not for publication outside of www.zumobars.com.
5. Zumo Insider offers are open to Zumo Insiders members only.
6. Offers are valid for use only during the selected period as stated on the voucher.
7. There is no extension of the validity period of offers.
8. Zumo Insiders are entitled to redeem one voucher only per month.
9. Vouchers are valid for one-time use only (in a single receipt).
10. Voucher valid at participating Zumo stores only.
11. Vouchers are not to be used with other discount/promotional vouchers.
12. Zumo reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
13. Zumo reserves the right to remove or cease offers without prior.
14. Zumo Insider offers are open to Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom residents only.
These terms and conditions are governed by Irish Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Zumo May Get Away Competition:
1. Entries close COB Friday 08th June 2012.

2. Purchase one drink to gain one entry into the draw.

3. Customers may enter as many times as they like.

4. Competition is not open to Zumo staff members or members of their family.

5. Competition is not open to Irishhotels.com staff members or members of their family.

6. Prizes are non transferable.

7. Competition consists of one main prize of two nights accommodation for two people, breakfast for two on the two mornings of stay, dinner for two,  bottle of wine, full use of leisure centre & swimming pool.

8. Winner will be notified via phone or email. If winner cannot be contacted, prize will redrawn.
